Dr.
Robert G Hetsler, Jr., is a Florida Family Law Mediator, who
has specialized in pro-se mediation since 2002. Robert has also
testified and been qualified as an expert witness in divorce cases
involving valuing marital business, lifestyle analysis (alimony
cases), and in determining actual income of self-employed individuals
in both the Fourth and Seventh Judicial Circuits as well as south
Georgia. Robert’s skills are diverse because in addition to having a
Doctorate degree in Jurisprudence, he is also a Licensed Certified
Public Accountant as well as a Nationally Certified Business
Appraiser.
Robert
pioneered the field of mediation for non-represented individuals in
Jacksonville. He has mediated hundreds of pro-se divorce cases in
Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Additionally, Robert provides
business valuation services to business owners - a critical element of
divorce for those who are self-employed or own their own business.
Finally,
Robert is an active member of the National Association of Certified
Valuation Analysts, the National Association of Forensic Economists,
and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Valuation &
Litigation Services Section).
